As a former health journalist and consumer advocate, I aim to provide bipolar disorder information and insights into mental health in Australia.

This blog is about information and advocacy for bipolar disorder. The goal of this website is to help people to achieve a diagnosis in a reasonable time frame, not the average of 10 years it takes most people with bipolar disorder.

As someone said to me once, the mental health system in Australia is stuffed to the power of 1000, so let's put a rocket under it!
